Improved office flexibility but poor management struggles

We used to have to come in every morning and stay in the office for at least an hour, then go out into the field, come back at least an hour before 5pm and stay in the office. They changed it so we only have to come in in the morning and it's so much nicer.

Cons

I really didn't get along with the sales manager. On my first day, the manager who hired me announced he was leaving. About two weeks into my employment, the new sales manager wanted to make crazy changes to show his authority. It went downhill from there. He made major cutbacks and the things he kept where supposed to be thought of as gifts, such as bottled water.

Pros

The money is good, especially if you are coming from retail. There are some good people who work here, that I'm glad I get to work with - but that's probably true for most places.

Cons

No work-life balance and the union drivers are allowed to disrespect you and treat you like crap. Overworked and exhausted. There's very little structure or organization.
