Pros

Ample challenges that will enable substanial individual leadership growth, as well as team collaboration.

Cons

Priorities to deliver profits to the share holders limits operational effectiveness. Meaning, numbers dictate everything, and the human and environmental factors that effect efficiency and productivity often go overlooked.

Pros

Depending on your manager, you have a lot of autonomy to build your day and get your work done. It's hybrid so some work from home, some in office meetings, and then face-to-face field meetings with your books of business.

Cons

Your book of business is 500+ customers and based more around customer service than strategic problem solving. It is mostly centered around price increases that happen without your knowledge until a customer calls to complain and then you have to defend the pricing or fix it. It's a lot of putting out fires which makes it hard to find time to be proactive.
