Pros

The pay is okay and it's remote.

Cons

Ouble standards and whats okay with one maybe not be with the next leader. Always changing everything. Management has their favorites and there is always something changing and depending on who's team your on is how they want things done. Which is also always changing. Oh and they Say that they have a mandatory employee engagement service. But 4 years there and I've never got to do it every year...maybe cause I wasn't a favorite.

Pros

Stable company and room for growth and transfer opportunities. Decent benefits.

Cons

The position isn't exactly what I thought it would be, and the workload is intense. Management does not seem to take my feedback seriously. Finance is always put on the backburner. I joined this company to be a Controller for a new business unit, as it aligned with my previous experience. I am expected to not only help establish this new unit, but to also cover AP, ERP implementations, capital, and administrative functions by myself. Despite presenting the facts to support the need for additional headcount or coverage from corporate, my multiple requests have been glossed over.
