      * Management doesn't care about their customers or employees * High pressure metrics / metrics constantly change * Management only interested in metrics and $$ * Predatory issues-some customers rates went up 400% * Micro-management / Ageisum * Unethical Management * Confidential employee surveys-yet ask for the last 4 digits of Social?

      Flexible schedule, great benefits, tenured people are helpful

      Cons

      Long sales cycle. Run into sales contracts months out, competitive market. No manager support. Constant change. Sales supervisor has a negative attitude with no prior sales experience and doesn’t offer support, she tells you to figure things out on your own. Favoritism in the office is horrible. Management blocks their own people from advancing.

      45 Minute lunch breaks, Off every weekend.

      Cons

      I was a customer Service Rep for over a year. This company sold me A DREAM !!!! I would take 100 calls per day with no break in between calls.over 1,000 calls in que everyday from the time you clock in till the time you leave. EVERY single customer is upset and irate, they talk to you like a DOG will literally call you out of your name even racist slurs. Managment SUCKS ! Lazy, no help, just pitiful shows favortism. Suprised they haven't shut this place down !!!!!
