      Cons

      every call is a racist rich white person that talks to you as if you are trash. The company is unorganized and they hardly train you and throw you out on the floor to take calls peak season.

      Excellent pay and benefits package - 3 weeks vacation to start was appreciated. They give peeps opportunities to connect with employees nationally through voluntary programs. (diversity, stress mgt, race relations, etc)

      Cons

      Little to no training when I was brought on board - we weren't even given directions on where to find our benefits online when hired. NO real ONBOARDING process for sales people - insane and not fair to employees, especially during a pandemic. Corp regularly changes direction/team makeup with little to no communication.
