      It's a paycheck, not a career!

      Pros

      Above average wages for salaried employees.

      Cons

      No technology on the front line. Hand written documents rather than data keyed into system by drivers, mechanics, and etc. Huge opportunities for errors and ability to falsify results. Systems that are in use are cumbersome to operate and do not communicate with one another. Often resulting in duplication of work.

      Pros

      Amazing money if you do your job and work hard. It’s not easy, but my job is fulfilling and I’m rewarded with great pay.

      Cons

      A lot of prospective customer meetings per month (225+). If you’re very organized and will work at least 10-12 hours a day it can be done!
