Being a remote employee at this company is demoralizing

Pros

Decent benefits. Slightly above average PTO policy

Cons

Remote employees aren't considered on par with hybrid/onsite employees. Randomly changed hours for remote employees with no flexibility. Remote employees aren't able to pursue management paths in any form. Managers are hit or miss. Some seem to genuinely want you to succeed while others blatantly tell you they can't help you with career growth, even though they admit that's part of their job.

Toxic, Micromanagement, Run, Run away

- Work from Home the only benefit

Cons

1. Extreme Micromanagement/Toxic. There are some employees from consulting companies working in data management team, who will make your life miserable, Unrealistic expectations. They will gang up against you. Bully. Extreme favoritism. 2. No respect for the employee. 3. Very rough people interaction/communication.
