Pros
Good benefits. Option to work from home. Great group of front line service team members. Recharge days - at least 1 extra day a month off in addition to vacation time and holidays. Diverse work force.
Cons
Still trying to dig out from mass employee exodus from end of 2021. A lot of pressure to learn everything quickly and with accuracy which is a challenge since the platform is highly technical and has a lot of moving parts to it. Some Management appears to me stressed out and assumes the worst of team members which is unfortunate. Challenges with work life balance.
