      Pros

      Beautiful office and you got internet reimbursed during Covid.

      Cons

      Very high turnover, toxic environment to be in. If politics you are looking for, this is the place to be. Lots of blamers.

      Amazing culture

      Pros

      The people and culture at a reputation.com are what make me actually like going to work everyday. I feel like I actually have a voice and my ideas are heard. The company does an amazing job with hiring, I feel fortunate to be surrounded by so many bright and energetic people everyday.

      Cons

      Would love to get the chance to attend more workshops/conferences to further enhance my skills outside of the office.

      Great culture, lots of company benefits and a really good vibe within the company. Everyday represents a new challenge – a great boutique company for those who want to pick up new skills, be prepared for a challenge but will you learn allot.

      Cons

      Can end up taking work related thoughts home often as the job continually faces new hurdles
