The compensation is great, and made even better by a culture that supports flexible hours and generous vacation time. The projects are interesting and I feel that I learn constantly from the both the challenging work as well as the excellent teammates. The technical leaders are very strong and knowledgable. The corporate leadership is very willing to invest back into the company to fuel future growth and encourage employee retention. Management listens to employees and tries to make changes quickly when issues arise.
