Pros

Challenging work. Collaborative environment. Flexible hours. Progressive/modern office space. Forward thinking leadership team who is well-aligned in vision and purpose.

Cons

as a fast growth company which is still relatively young, some of the more mundane administrative business processes are not well-documented

Pros

The on-boarding process was the smoothest I have seen in the government industry and from my military time. The people are absolutely committed to the success of each other and the team as a whole. A very welcoming group of professionals- who has a ton of broad experiences and talent.

Cons

Trying to find one right now- simply can't. Been completely supportive from day one and continue to be. As a remote employee, I am surprised on how connected to the HQ office I am- excellent multi-site leadership and management.

Pros

This company, more than any other in my 20+ year career, has gone above and beyond to provide an amazing working environment for the employees. I have received multiple raises without asking, and in two cases, much more than I would have expected. The compensation is great, and made even better by a culture that supports flexible hours and generous vacation time. The projects are interesting and I feel that I learn constantly from the both the challenging work as well as the excellent teammates. The technical leaders are very strong and knowledgable. The corporate leadership is very willing to invest back into the company to fuel future growth and encourage employee retention. Management listens to employees and tries to make changes quickly when issues arise.

Cons

The biggest con isn't the company per se, but it is different working on government projects versus private sector projects. There can be a lot more red tape...
