Management is very involved in the day to day operations; knows all employees well and is actually very interested in all of them. They put customer satisfaction as a top priority while allowing their employees to have a great work/life balance.

The pros are: Working indoors with AC units and staying busy.

Cons

The work load at times is tough enough for two people to handle and what is expected the majority of the time is for one person to handle such work assignments. Also the racism. A lot of the guests treat staff poorly.
