Pros
Easy going most of the time, most of the people staying at the hotel are cool, great sales manager, and the rest of the staff is pretty easy to get along with! Good guests are always fantastic!
Cons
Marriott in itself leads to very entitled people with the current rewards program. BBL hospitality manages the property and they "pride themselves on caring about their employees' when they have to be hounded to make things work, that may just mean they really need to hire more HR people and spend money in places to improve their company. While this hotel constantly makes budget and was one of the only ones in NY making BBL money, they did not invest that money back into it. Many times, our bills went unpaid by them, so we had to deal with overflowing garbage's and many other maintenance problems. Much less of a Marriott problem and more of a BBL hospitality problem.
