I had a great boss who was able to work around my college schedule. Marriott has a ton of great hotels that you get a discount at. Many roles that you can move up into. Also decent pay for an easy job

Cons

Environment really depends on your management. Customers can be uptight & rude sometimes and take it out on front desk employees.
