Team atmosphere, remote job, above average pay, team members are easily accessible, training materials at your fingertips, work computer given, direct deposit, ability to train in new segments of the business and advance to better roles.

Cons

growing pains any new business goes through, new business means lots of changes, pay increase doubtful, new business so job security is not super high, a bit disorganized, can be stressful.

Flexible schedule, tons of autonomy, and positive work environment

Cons

No Clarity on exactly how we were getting paid, no direction on what was expected of us, and very poor leadership in regards to career advancement

Work/life balance is decent for most departments, but not all. Benefits are good, and people are (mostly) friendly,

Cons

Stagnant workforce since selling out. People are leaving in droves either against their will or because there’s no more growth opportunities. Plenty of good and loyal employees are going elsewhere.
