Fully Remote Company - Most employees were remote with the exception of R&D office in Tel Aviv, Israel and US-based warehouse. Exemplary Team Culture - Strong environment of inclusivity and collaboration from the top down. Heavy emphasis on visibility and recognition. Impactful Leadership - Management and Executive teams were highly informed and involved and hiring managers placed value on quality of character in addition to skill when hiring.

Cons

Uncertain Stability - 2023 was met with layoffs despite profit. May have stabilized after being acquired by Ashley Home. Limited US Staff Size - BPO involvement makes open positions for US-based jobseekers and infrequent.
