They do not care about their employees. They have a very toxic work environment and that says a lot considering it is majority a remote company.

Pay was good, flexible remote culture

Cons

Toxic politics, huge egos, dishonest, back-stabbing, always looking over your shoulder. Weak attempts to fix culture backfired. No advancement, no career development, no mentorship, no raise, no promotion, no feedback, no annual reviews, no teamork... the practice here is to silo people so they wonder who's going to screw them over.

Learned what an evil company looks like from the inside.

Cons

Constant turnover for the sake of profit, misleading career promises, dishonest marketing (which has been called out my employees. They've literally deleted slack messages posted by employees.) This is the type of company to hire people on Fiverr to write positive reviews on Glassdoor because they can't find real employees willing to say anything nice.
