Leadership void management. They expect you to work at crazy task rates and everything must happen yesterday. When you ask for guidance they use it against you. They rather bring people from outside than promote in house.

Tech - Dev leaders are not top industry. There are some good developers that are outsourced but the R&D leaders and architectures are not extremely sharp as you would expect in a company of this size and business. Some of the tech-stack is old school, mostly in backend. Management - Some of the mid-managers are non-experienced. Some of the mid/high-managers are not professional. Higher management does not show care for the employees, therefore company culture is lacking.
