Tech -
Dev leaders are not top industry. There are some good developers that are outsourced but the R&D leaders and architectures are not extremely sharp as you would expect in a company of this size and business.
Some of the tech-stack is old school, mostly in backend.
Management -
Some of the mid-managers are non-experienced.
Some of the mid/high-managers are not professional.
Higher management does not show care for the employees, therefore company culture is lacking.
