Love the way company culture is built .. Resideo is truly invested in its people and is making employees a core part in building the culture of the organization. Bench marking with companies which is scored high on " employees choice " is surely something which we all are keenly looking forward for. To be in midst of high technology and cool product launches will surely be exciting...

Cons

Should not fall into the same way of operating model as Honeywell which may not work for this company. Every process which is inherited by Honeywell will have to be revisited and seen as from a entirely different perspective. The competition is going to be tough.. but if we make it.. we create history..

Pros

We have new leadership that is willing to listen to the workforce and allow us the autonomy to manager our business. We are also rolling out a new culture, empowering our workforce and instilling trust in our management teams.

Cons

As a recent spin off, I am hopeful that employees don't stay stuck in their old ways and realize that this is our opportunity to make a difference.

You get fresh popcorn daily.. Benefits on day 1 401k Get to see all the cool electronics! Plus discounts

Cons

Work life balance as a manager you have to work 12 plus hours for your branch to do well. Not enough staff support. Most branches is ran with Skelton staff 1 manager 3 sales and 1 warehouse employees tops. No guidance to help you grow to next level. They take commission away if you miss your targets. They want you to push in-house brand over other vendors. Pay is not even close to what cost of living in the area I am at. Glassdoor says I’m underpaid compared to the current market.
