      Decent pay but poor management and structure

      They offer decent pay and the work is easy

      Cons

      The company is poorly structured, they do not accommodate the manufacturing side of the company, they do not recognize that the employees work 12 hour shifts. Management is poor, they haven't a clue. there is a huge favortism and zero accountability for certain groups. There is only room for advancement if you have friends in higher roles. You are not given any holidays off.

      fully remote, a great dream that had potential and provided us autonomy and option to build something great

      leadership has no playbook to make something happen, acquired way too quickly and it came tumbling down
