Pros

Opinions from individual employees are very much cared about. Impressed by the non-hierarchical communication between CEO and employees. Just be brave to ask questions and everything is answered. Great opportunities to learn software / IT knowledge and share expertise. Sometimes it is like working on projects with university classmates to explore new knowledge together.

Cons

It was a long journey but it has been generally improving - sometimes slower but in the recent 2 months there are various impressive improvement the management style. Some processes and employee support still need improvement but I can see that these are being handled.
