Please do not join this company Resillion in Bengaluru, The management is not good, volatile, not friendly environment, they boss around and do micromanagement and it starts from the Top MD, Finance, HR. Hire and Fire after the work is done, no work ethics, all decisions made unilaterally by the MD. No Respect, No Honesty. Everyone in India office works for their individual mandate and not towards the Organization vision

Varied clients means there's a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Day to day interference in client work is minimal.

Cons

Salaries are poor. Bonus scheme removed. So many internal staff roles have been shipped to cheaper countries overseas meaning HR does not understand the UK working culture or the clients they manage. Delivery managers are more interested in ticking boxes and selling more to existing clients than actually supporting staff.
