No pros, mainly if you rub elbows with the right people you will have more opportunities for promotions and such.

Cons

If you don’t suck up to management, they will make your time so bad that you will eventually quit.

There are none. Small business but very unorganized and management talks down to employees and HR does nothing about it

To many bosses huge turn over rate poorly ran treat employees like garbage and make sure you know you are expendable
