Business Outlook
Pros
The people you work with. Dupont work schedule so 7 days off in a row without missing any pay and days off in between. The pay is decent for being home every night. $31/hr topped out with annual raises and yearly cost of living raises.
Cons
-Safety is a huge issue. -Poorly maintained equipment. (By poorly I mean not at all) -Promotions beyond operator are based on whether you hunt or go to church with the right folks. -It's can be hard work and in the elements sometimes. Made increasingly difficult due to lack of proper and/or working equipment. -Lack of communication between shifts, departments, middle and upper management.
