Pros

Great Culture, Transparent, Unlimited PTO, they have some great products. Overall its a great company not much of a complaint from my experience

Cons

I think the only CON for me would be the salary was well under what it should be.

People are friendly and helpful

Cons

Busy work. No wok/life balance. Worked overtime till 12am every night! And everytime rotation to a new functionality makes people to start learning new things again, although it's good to make people learn, however, the company wouldn't consider the learning time, just pushing for deadline.
