Pros

ResMan entices you with a seemingly great company culture; the Utah office was a lot of fun for a while, and people knew how to keep drama low and work efficiently. I've heard other things about the Dallas (main) office, but never had to experience it there firsthand.

Cons

After about 3 months, things at the company started shifting. They hired a couple new top brass that promised a lot of things they haven't delivered on, like bonuses and evaluation-based salary increases. One in particular seems to think he can do what he wants to people, and tends to overreach into other departments to micromanage and cause drama and trouble. The leaders all seem to eat it up and let him/her and the other new brass do what they want.
