      The company is very dynamic, and modern, and uses all the newest technologies. They also have a very modern approach and respect for its employees.

      Cons

      Especially in the last months, there have been many organizational changes and there a lot of confusion.

      Cons

      Management plays favoritism, is incompetent, and only looks out for the bottom line. Will fire people who have just gotten off of maternity/paternity, but keep contractors who have numerous performance complaints and are admittedly open about second jobs for an extra two years because they can't be bothered. A toxic company that pretends to be transparent and instead makes opposite decisions in secret.
