I joined the mobile team at ResMed about 6 weeks ago and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Everyone is professional, reasonable, and pleasant. They do things the right way and do not cut corners. The campus is top notch.

In the interest of full disclosure, I manage ResMed's corp comms, so I want to note that these are my opinions. I am not speaking for ResMed, but rather, solely speaking for myself based on my personal experience. Friendly culture, inclusive, walks the talk from an ethics and integrity perspective, a lot of very smart people. I've frequently and directly seen our senior executives make decisions (that are confidential) that made me feel very proud to work for ResMed. I feel lucky to be here, and feel genuine fondness for the people I have the privilege of working with and serving.

Cons

Values face time so tele-working or remote working not prevalent, and I think enabling a remote workforce can be an important differentiator in hiring.
