      nice building, gym, grounds. Work was with healthcare equipment so was in a good cause

      Cons

      management and HR in collusion; if you're not in the in-crowd they'll dump you

      Nice campus & onsite cafe. Willing to pay above market rates for in-demand areas of engineering.

      Cons

      No loyalty to longterm staff, no matter how much you've contributed. The fear that your job might be the next one to be "restructured".
