Pros

* Good team atmosphere * Team members are happy to help * Reasonable and flexible hours - work life balance is still good * Supportive of parents * A lot to learn and plenty of opportunity to dip your toes into technologies * They try to keep things fair: redundant workers get their pay out * Subsidised Gym on site * Lovely campus * Overall good atmosphere * Good stock plan

Cons

* Wages are not the highest in the industry * Moving within company while possible is difficult * Bureaucratic processes can be tedious * Redundancies are becoming more frequent - not great for employee loyalty * Priorities often change with little or warning - Projects are too often dropped or replaced with new ones. - Some projects feel rushed with little planning, requiring regular rework as important aspects were not defined prior. - Worry comes up everynow and then that work is being outsourced.

Pros

Best products, very innovative company, huge potential to increase speed of growth. Some personal growth possibilities, if you are well connected. Good benefits,@ but no room for negotiation once inside.

Cons

Management team is only looking for ways of getting promoted, they work hard to look good to global leaders and completely neglect the team that is achieving the results on a daily basis. Team work only exists if management can benefit from it, if they gain nothing your requests and ideas are ignored. HR is on the side of the company, never on employees’ and will lie/ omit truth for that.

Pros

Improving quality of life for patients and families. Challenging and stimulating work. Highly competent employees. Job security and stability Global opportunities Employee benefits: corporate gym, ESPP. Good resources

Cons

Limited / lack of environmental and sustainability approaches. Location is too far from the city. Lack of viable transport options. Traffic to get to work is appalling. Approximately 1.5 hours each way to work. Alternatively, toll roads are extraordinarily expensive. Parental leave is very mediocre. Heavy bureaucracy. Too many layers of management. Change is slow...sluggish. The organisation is not nimble. Very political. Risk-adverse culture. Processes are fragmented due to their inability to keep up with the fast pace of growth over the years. Fiscally frugal. Too many silos. Cafeteria is over-priced for very sub-standard offerings.
