      Big Name Company, Innovative, Medical Space, Good Vision, alot of good people

      Cons

      Horrible management at all levels (however, potentially not in all departments), they artificially create ways to praise themselves to shine and dont care about the people below them, so unfortunately there is no accountability as the metric for success is artificial, created by themselves. This is not a comment of a particular manager, but seen time and time again across many teams. Very sad.

      Pros

      Great company, great culture, great people with great benefits for employees. The culture and people here makes us feel like we are one big family at Resmed. Loving my stay here so far. The people at Resmed are professional and really know what they are doing and know why they are hired for in their own respective discplines or roles.

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of so far. Look forward to grow and progress with this young and ambitious company!
