- Hybrid / flexible job arrangements

Cons

- Frequent changes in leadership team. - Never ending changes in corporate directions. - Would make people redundant for certain roles, stating that there is no longer a need for the role & after which, rehire someone else for the role again. - Operates like a family business, promotions are usually due to connections / relationships rather than based on merit.
