Competitive salary and comprehensive group insurance. Excellent office space.

Cons

The workplace is characterised by a negative and toxic environment, poor communication and inadequate training. Despite the availability of a well-equipped office space, it is rarely utilized. To succeed at Resmed is based on how negative you are and you would be penalized if you've a positive.

The campus is nice can buy food from the onsite kitchen but other than this the pros are minimal

Cons

- unlikely to value your work, especially for business excellence projects - if you are a bright and innovative individual expect to get shut down by your manager (particularly bad with some managers) - very toxic work culture, the people in manufacturing are extremely nosy and judgemental , don't just let you do your work - managers will curate and micro manage you and not let you shine because many fear being replaced.
