      Beautiful facilities Tons of talented and highly experienced people Good work-life balance Good people/social environment.

      Cons

      Don't expect to be super challenging professionally Lack of structured framework to develop talent Promotions seem to be based more on seniority and camaraderie rather than merit Large organisation also helps conceals individuals with mediocre performance

      Good atmosphere, minimal micromanagement, salary, decent amount of paid time off every year, free cell phone, free coffee and snacks, very good benefits.

      Cons

      Outbound robodial sales calls, very little training, unrealistic targets, very confusing management structure, competitive schedule bidding

      Pros

      - good work-life, flexible work arrangements - top-down corporate culture is conducive i.e. no politics, high integrity - courageous but noble company vision - smart and decently motivated colleagues

      Cons

      - low graduate salary (you get what you pay for, if you want to hire the brightest talents, you got to pay a lot more i.e. Google) - lack entrepreneurship i.e. Venturethon is not impressive compared to university startups today - little employee incentives compared to other top companies - work productivity can be improved i.e. make meetings optional (elon musk)
