      New managers are horrible. Not technical, Not respectful for technical stuff. many jr engineer never have a chance to get promoted even if they worked 5+ years.

      Absolute boys club is right. Their focus is only on number and how they appear to their partners and definitely on the customer experience. this had made them lose partners due to customer complaints. So is you are good at lying to get your personal number up than this is the place for you!
