      ResMed is a good employer with good benefits and salary.

      Cons

      Constant changing of priorities on re-orgs. Far too many good people left.

      Pros

      Company culture is strong even when we're mainly work from home. They're committed to diversity in the workplace and honoring those who are different. Our office is moving to a place with better amenities to server us better.

      Cons

      Office is quiet when you go in, we lost the cultre that existed when we all worked from the office, I miss seeing my coworkers. Company is unfortunately leaning towards the negative corporate culture where CEOs and Managers get big benefits and the ltitle people dont. Acquiring massive companies and making record profits and wages aren't increasing like they should.
