      It's easy to sleep at night when contributing to a company that makes life-supporting medical equipment and conducts itself in an ethical manner. Teams vary but the general culture is very friendly and clever, though may be a bit older for a younger worker or grad.

      Cons

      The utility of large internal data sets have been lacking for some time, causing project stoppages, though recent structural changes are aiming to address this.
