      Great benefits, supportive management, pretty repetitive

      Pros

      Generous time off policy and benefits, Mon-Fri shifts, never expected to do a second of work outside of shift. Good job to be able to leave work at the door, work-life balance is prioritized at all levels. Very positive company culture. Can’t speak for all managers but mine was incredible!

      Cons

      Can be difficult to meet some of the metrics, quite repetitive, US counterparts seem quite disorganized compared to Canadian side.

      D&I issues Promotions based on favourotism Unskilled leaders who get promoted based on time in company and likaebility who afraid for their own positions... Change is needed but going very slow.
