      Cons

      - office politics in the middle and higher management can be quite frustrating to watch - ResMed isn't taking advantage of tech advancements at all. Some practices are from the dark ages. - Management promote their FRIENDS over more skilled employees

      Fast paced environment Intellectually challenging Managers are friendly and understanding of technical issues Co-workers are great to be around and make the job less soul-sucking

      Weird superiority complex found in the more senior technical roles Not forgiving when making mistakes Little to no food is catered for lunch (even before COVID)
