      Fast paced, empowering environment meaning individuals need to self motivate and embrace a bias for action to power through ambiguity. Global teams mean that work schedules consistently flex from day to day. Parking!

      - Good work-life balance - Fair (good) salary - If you work your way up, you will receive an annual bonus and an annual share package (depending on your performance) - Free (Nespresso) coffee and tea - Flexitime - Work from home - International travelling (if wanted) to get to know the team members - No travelling needed (only team meetings)

      Cons

      - The company sometimes has difficulties with regional cultures - Unfortunately, the American employment termination policy is also sometimes applied in other countries.
