Pros

ResMed has fantastic benefits that show a desire to truly care for employees. This makes it a place you want to stay for a long time. I'm also regularly impressed by the way ResMed engages in pressing social issues. To me it feels genuine.

Cons

There is always a lot of work to do, so work-life balance can be challenging.

Great workplace to grow your technical strength

Pros

The Bella Vista campus is beautiful. Great work environment. In house canteen, gym and swimming pool. High quality and talented engineers. Great workplace to grow your technical strength because you have these talented colleagues around to work with and learn from.

Cons

Career development can be slow for engineering jobs. It is not clear to me how company can help or put a process to help an engineer to advance to the next level.
