Pros

Great culture, great people, they value a healthy work life balance

Cons

There isn’t many I can think of. One of the only challenges is that sometimes you have to coordinate with teams in Australia and San Diego so hours can get skewed.

Excessive Micromanagement by Managers

Pros

There are few but cons are more concerning now

Cons

Micromanagement is a recurring challenge. Employees are often expected to follow Manager's ideas without meaningful opportunity to propose or implement alternative solutions. Decision-making can feel top-down, and there is a perception of bias in how people and ideas are treated. Frequent use of @mentions and work-related follow-ups in Teams outside of normal business hours can also create unnecessary pressure and negatively impact work-life balance. These factors can discourage innovation, reduce motivation, and limit professional growth.
