      Lots of great people. Fantastic pay. Lots of perks. Room for advancement

      Better training required. Too vague and direction is not clear. Need to have clear set goals with training.

      - Great product that genuinely helps the lives of others - Great people to work with - Excellent parties - Great campus and excellent facilities

      Cons

      - Lack of communication between departments is a nightmare - Lack of communication from management to employees - No open and honest communication - Not the best training - Starting to focus more on profitability and money rather than patient care - When it's busy, you have no time to do anything but work

      Great work environment with a really strong teaming culture. Lots of very smart & innovative engineers and designers.

      Cons

      Site is not easy to get to via public transport. Some systems are quite complex and could be simplified to make it easier for employees to navigate.
