      - they understand that you're human - don't mind if you need to take 30 mins to sort out the kids or go collect the shopping - great level of autonomy - positive environment

      Cons

      - I'd like some more structured learning opportunities - sometimes a fair amount of corporate jargon flying about, but that's just personal bias on my part
