      - smart and dynamic company - company goals focus on the people first from the CEO down - passionate and friendly work colleagues - on-site gym and pool and nice cafe

      Pros

      Positive management. I truly felt like it was a family, and considered this company my future.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability from management, constant pressure to make up for the mistakes of your managers. Lack of communication; one person may say one thing but you ultimately end up thrown under the bus if the blame needs to fall somewhere.

      Pros

      The hiring process was very straight forward and fun! About 50% technical and 50% personality questions on several interviews. Great coworkers, very good work environment, and challenging projects. I switched from a senior engineering job at GE... no regret!

      The company location is outside of Sydney.
