- The people are amazing - extremely talented, collaborative, and fun to work with! - The healthcare solutions we offer really do make a difference in people's lives. - Extremely smart, forward-looking organization that isn't just focused on today, but also strongly focused on the long-term future and success of our company! - Lots of room for growth and career advancement. - Outstanding facilities at our San Diego office include an on-site gym, cafe, dry-cleaning services, modern work areas and peaceful outdoor areas to relax or have informal meetings.

- Workloads can be pretty heavy at times, though managers are generally quite flexible and collaborative in helping to prioritize business needs.

Pros

The people at ResMed are kind, intelligent and passionate about improving patient lives. The products we make are solving problems for people with sleep apnea, copd and chronic diseases. With two young children that I leave everyday, I want to be confident that I have a rewarding career that will help me and my family prosper and ResMed has offered that.

Cons

There are no cons at ResMed that aren't common to any place of business.
