      Gym, company cared about employee wellness, healthy café, work and life balance. Great company vision by owner as well as great products!

      Pros

      Great pay; on-site gym; nice people (for the most part); good benefits; beautiful building; fairly stable; on-site cafeteria.

      Cons

      Upper management is disconnected from reality. No work/life balance. Horrible communication. A few directors bully their way through the day and use intimidation to get things done - top management is either unaware or does not care about this. Business decisions often lack long-term vision and seem impulsive. Departments work in silos and do not interact much.
