      The company is changed from best to worst. A good place for salary employee, you can call sick all the time, work start as you pleases then have unproductive meetings through rest of the day and couple of smoke break and two hour lunch. Hourly employee on the other hand clock in and out with finger print detection. No need for degree or previous experience to get hired just know someone in the company. Favoritism to the max. Top heavy. Company reached the peak and now trending down. Just read last financial report. I do not know how they get through ISO audits but now FDA is knocking……………

      Great culture, fun people. Pay is very good and product is very good. Enjoyed time there and would reccomend company

      Cons

      Very little wiggle room for middle management. no real bad cons. should focus more on Americas region instead of Europe
