      Pros

      During my employment withResMed, I had the opportunity to work remotely with Sydney. The manager and team was awesome! Especially my manager, she is very understanding and helpful. My team are a great team too..they are very friendly and supportive. They have changed me to be a better person and to be more optimistic and open. While my indirect director in KL, he is an awesome boss too! He always care for his employees by ensuring the people welfare are taken care of. Overall, a great company to work with

      - A rich work culture full of friendly and respectful people (really... the people are awesome)! - World-class benefits and perks: free food, free drinks, free phone with paid plan, subsidized gym membership, paid health benefits + much more. - A dedicated and exceptionally creative social committee. - "Making a difference" is not just an ideal but an attainable goal.

      Pros

      The people and culture are excellent. A group of motivated and talented people making amazing products. Everyone is genuinely willing to help everyone else do amazing work as well.

      Cons

      I am too new to have many cons. My only concern is that company is growing rapidly so we may suffer the growing pains later.
