Amazing office building and space. Excellent facilities. The best medical benefits I have ever had in my life compared to other Fortune 500 companies I have worked for. Great People. Everyone was very intellectual and very knowledgeable in their fields. From the top down, there was a sense of professionalism from everyone and every department.

Cons

Priorities get shifted and budgets get cut after you have been working on projects for several months. It is understandable but I would say that would be the only con.

Great company to work for with really good health benefits, 401k, stock options, etc as of the moment. however, by next year, 2014, health benefits will change...may not be as good. Company gives flexibility and believes family is first.

Cons

Management not knowing how to separate personal and work business. Favoritism.

Beautiful facilty in Kearney Mesa, excellent benefits, and a nice parking garage. Sleep apnea can be a serious health condition, it was fulfilling to know you might be helping someone.

Cons

No work/life balance, expected to work 10-12 hour days. Management act like drill sergeants, demeaning and belittling the staff. Very unprofessional: men making obscene gestures, oogling the women and acting like 12 year olds. HR tends to have 'deer in headlights' look when you ask a question.
