      Pros

      Competent, thoughtful management shows appreciation for employees. Relaxed atmosphere, very cordial. A growing company with lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Some departmental silos, especially IT Development. Communication between sites needs improvement, especially when cooperating on the same project.
